组织中信息技术的引入往往意味着软件系统内含的技术知识、管理知识和制度知识的转移,知识基础成为影响企业信息系统深入应用的关键要素。从组织知识基础观出发,探讨了组织的知识基础对信息系统吸收的影响。采用实证研究方法,借助来自78家企业的调研数据,用PLS对模型进行了验证。结果证明,组织与信息技术相关的知识基础和吸收能力,特别是信息技术实施知识以及组织的IT整合应用能力是企业信息化过程中的关键。
The introduction of information technology in the organization often means the transfer of technical knowledge, management knowledge and system knowledge contained in the software system. The knowledge base has become the key factor that affects the in-depth application of enterprise information system. Starting from the basic view of organizational knowledge, this paper explores the influence of organizational knowledge base on the absorption of information system. Using empirical research methodology, the model was validated with PLS using survey data from 78 companies. The result proves that the organization’s knowledge base and absorptive capacity related to information technology, especially the knowledge of information technology implementation and the IT application capability of the organization, are the keys in the process of enterprise informationization.
