目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒早期血药浓度与C-反应蛋白(CRP)之间的关系。方法对照组为92名门诊体检的健康人(未接触有机磷农药),将有机磷农药中毒患者按临床症状分为轻度中毒组、中度中毒组、重度中毒组3组,服药后6小时测血清CRP及血药浓度,并将3组患者的CRP、血药浓度进行统计学分析。结果中毒程度愈重,血药浓度越高,CRP愈高。结论 CRP结合血药浓度在急性有机磷农药中毒早期的诊断和病情的估计方面有十分重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between early plasma concentrations of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and C-reactive protein (CRP). Methods The control group consisted of 92 healthy volunteers (without exposure to organophosphorus pesticides) and divided the patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning into 3 groups: mild poisoning group, moderate poisoning group and severe poisoning group according to the clinical symptoms. After 6 hours Serum CRP and plasma concentration were measured, and the CRP and plasma concentration of three groups were statistically analyzed. The results of the more poisoning, the higher plasma concentration, CRP higher. Conclusion The combination of CRP and blood concentration in the early diagnosis of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and disease estimation plays a very important role.
