目的:探讨重症呼吸衰竭患者治疗期间应用综合护理的临床效果.方法:将80例重症呼吸衰竭患者随机分为参照组(采用传统护理干预)与试验组(采用综合护理干预),每组各40例,均于2019.1-2020.1收治我院,对比两组护理效果.结果:试验组总发生率(5.00％)低于参照组(20.00％),P＜0.05.结论:重症呼吸衰竭患者在治疗期间应用综合护理效果确切,能够有效降低治疗期间并发症发生率.“,”Objective: To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with severe respiratory failure. Methods: 80 patients with severe respiratory failure were randomly divided into the reference group (using traditional nursing intervention) and the experimental group (using comprehensive nursing intervention), 40 cases in each group. They were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the total incidence rate of the experimental group (5.00％) was lower than that of the reference group (20.00％), P ＜ 0.05. Conclusion: the application of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with severe respiratory failure has exact effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications during the treatment.
