目的掌握北京地区放射诊断设备质量控制的基本状况,更好地推进和引导放射诊断防护工作的开展。方法选定27家典型医疗机构中运行的80台放射诊断设备为研究对象,确定其关键性能指标,使用相应的仪器设备、依据有关国家技术规范与防护标准进行检测和评价。结果 80台放射诊断设备初检时的总合格率为82.5%,其中摄影机为76.7%、透视机为90%、CT机为93.3%,CR成像系统为73.3%,调试并经复检总合格率为97.5%。所调查的医疗机构及其设备客观反映了本地区放射诊断质量控制的实际状况。结论北京地区放射诊断设备初检时的性能状态不容乐观,加强设备维护和质量控制检测是非常必要的。
Objective To master the basic situation of quality control of radiodiagnostic equipment in Beijing and better promote and guide the development of radiological diagnosis and protection work. Methods Eighty-eight radiological diagnostic equipment operating in 27 typical medical institutions were selected as research objects, their key performance indicators were determined, and the corresponding instruments and equipment were used for testing and evaluation according to relevant national technical specifications and protection standards. Results The total qualification rate of 80 radiological diagnostic equipment was 82.5% at initial examination, including 76.7% for video camera, 90% for fluoroscopy, 93.3% for CT and 73.3% for CR imaging system. The total qualified rate 97.5%. The surveyed medical institutions and their equipment objectively reflected the actual status of quality control of radiological diagnosis in this area. Conclusion The performance status of the diagnostic radiology equipment in Beijing during initial examination is not optimistic. It is necessary to strengthen the equipment maintenance and quality control testing.
