随着现代信息技术的快速发展,图书、情报、档案一体化进程不断加快,同时也成为了一种新的发展趋势。图书情报档案一体化旨在能够建立一个资源综合开发和利用的信息服务体系,能够有效实现资源共享,发展成为一定规模的系统化服务。这样就能够很好地改变传统规模小、比较分散的信息处理方式。在我国,对于图书、情报、档案管理一体化的理论和实践探讨没有停止过,但是却没能够产生预期的效果,主要就是因为有诸多因素的阻碍。
With the rapid development of modern information technology, the integration of books, intelligence and archives has been accelerating and has become a new trend of development. The integration of library and information archives aims at establishing an information service system for the comprehensive development and utilization of resources, effectively sharing resources and developing it into a systematic service of a certain scale. This will be able to very well change the traditional small-scale, more scattered information processing. In our country, the theory and practice of the integration of books, intelligence and archives management have not stopped, but failed to produce the expected results, mainly because of many obstacles.
