目的:观察复方利血平对正常小鼠肠道菌群的影响,为复方利血平的进一步研究和临床合理用药提供实验基础。方法:给小鼠灌服高、中剂量的复方利血平,采用粪便涂片镜检和选择性培养的方法观察复方利血平对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。结果:与空白组相比,正常小鼠灌服高、中剂量的复方利血平3 d即出现肠道菌群紊乱,但各菌落数量无显著性差异,给药6 d时复方利血平高剂量组小鼠粪便中肠球菌的数量显著增加(P<0.05),给药9 d时复方利血平高、中剂量组小鼠粪便中肠球菌的数量均显著增加(P均<0.05)。结论:长期服用复方利血平高、中剂量可导致肠道菌群紊乱,临床使用该药物时应注意患者相关的不良反应。
Objective: To observe the effect of compound reserpine on the intestinal flora of normal mice and provide the experimental basis for the further research and clinical rational use of reserpine. Methods: Mice were drenched with high and medium dose of compound reserpine. The effects of compound reserpine on intestinal microflora of mice were observed by stool smear microscopy and selective culture. Results: Compared with the blank group, the normal mice fed with high and medium doses of compound reserpine for 3 days showed intestinal flora disruption, but there was no significant difference in the number of colonies. Administration of compound reserpine The number of enterococci in the feces of the high-dose group was significantly increased (P <0.05), and the number of enterococci in the feces of the high-dose and middle-dose groups was significantly increased on the 9th day (all P <0.05) . Conclusion: Long-term use of compound reserpine high and medium doses can lead to intestinal flora disorder, the clinical use of the drug should pay attention to patients with adverse reactions.
