江泽民总书记在“七一”讲话中向全党发出了“三个代表”的号召,并强调要用理论、路线、纲领、方针、政策和各项工作来保障“三个代表”的实践,明确地提出了“三个代表”的科学内涵。 深刻理解“三个代表”的科学内涵,关键在坚持与进俱进的精神,坚持理论创新。社会要长治久安,治安理论就必须不断创新。这是我们学习贯彻江总书记“七一”讲话与“五·三一”讲话要深刻领会的内核。
