现代白内障手术的切口趋势为３─６ｍｍ的小切口，它以损伤小、愈合快、术后散光度低而为人们所称道。本文报道２０例（３２眼），经随访３个月结果表明：１．术后一周视力＞０．５者２３眼（７１．９％），１月视力＞０．５者２８眼（８７．６％）。２．术后散光：与大切口术式比较有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。３．炎性反应：刺激症状明显较大切口轻。作者体会：１．切口长度需根据人工晶体镜盘及晶体核大小而定；切口选在１２：００点方位便于操作。２．选择囊袋内人工晶体植入可减少或避免角膜内皮混浊。３．应使用足够量的粘弹剂。４．切口宜缝合１─２针。
The incision trend of modern cataract surgeries is a small incision of 3 to 6 mm, which is praised by people for its small damage, rapid healing and low postoperative astigmatism. This article reports 20 cases (32 eyes), 3 months follow-up results show that: 1. There were 23 eyes (71.9%) with visual acuity> 0.5 in one week and 28 eyes (87.6%) with visual acuity> 0.5 in January. 2. Postoperative astigmatism: Compared with the large incision surgery were significantly different (P <0.01). 3. Inflammatory reaction: irritation significantly larger incision light. Author experience: 1. The length of the incision should be based on the size of the intraocular lens and the crystal nucleus; the incision is selected at 12:00 o’clock for easy operation. 2. Intraocular lens implantation can reduce or avoid corneal endothelial opacity. 3. Use a sufficient amount of viscoelastic. 4. Cut should be stitched 1 ─ 2 needle.
