研究激光干涉气体分析仪光强补偿问题 ,对激光干涉式微量气体分析仪进行光强补偿电路的设计 ,通过分析和试验 ,肯定该电路的可行性 ,提高仪器的测量精度。
The problem of laser intensity compensation of laser interferometer gas analyzer is studied. The design of laser intensity compensation circuit for laser interferometric gas analyzer is analyzed. The feasibility of this circuit is affirmed by the analysis and experiment, and the measuring precision of the instrument is improved.
