叙述了日本转炉炼钢工艺的最新进展,对不同转炉炼钢工艺路线的渣量进行了比较,介绍了新日铁、JFE、神户制钢和住友金属等厂家各自开发的大型转炉冶炼新工艺流程,对比分析了日本各大钢铁厂转炉双联法的技术经济指标及其生产实绩。日本转炉炼钢新工艺的操作方式主要有双联法和双渣法两种,双联法比传统方法工序简化,转炉内自由空间大,反应动力学条件优越,生产成本较低,通常铁水磷含量可脱至0.010%,适于大批量、经济地生产纯净钢。指出日本的转炉炼钢工艺处于世界领先地位,解决了超低磷钢的生产难题。
The latest progress of BOF steelmaking process in Japan is described. The slag quantities in different BOF steelmaking process routes are compared.
