简单地介绍了线性极化技术的理论和测量方法。提出了线性极化技术在评定金属耐蚀性能方面的应用。用线性极化技术测定了低合金钢在人造海水中的腐蚀速度,与外海挂片数据相关性良好。也评定了镀锡板在酸性食品介质中的耐蚀性能。特别是,对线性极化技术用于评定耐局部腐蚀性能的可能性进行了初步探讨,为此而提出了“局部腐蚀指数δ”的方法。
A brief introduction to the theory and measurement of linear polarization technology. The application of linear polarization technology in evaluating the corrosion resistance of metal was proposed. The linear polarization technique was used to determine the corrosion rate of low alloyed steel in artificial seawater, which has good correlation with the data of outer sea hangings. Also evaluated the corrosion resistance of tin plate in acidic food medium. In particular, the possibility of using the linear polarization technique for assessing localized corrosion resistance has been explored. For this purpose, a method of “localized corrosion index δ” has been proposed.
