各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局,各市属机构:“百年奥运,中华圆梦”。为满足广大港澳同胞、台湾同胞和华侨华人为北京举办历史上最出色一届奥运会做贡献的愿望,市政府指定国家游泳中心由港澳同胞、台湾同胞和华侨华人捐资建设。为方便捐赠活动,规范接受捐赠行为,依据《中华人民共和国公益事业捐赠法》及有关规定,提出如下意见:一、捐资人的捐资行为应遵循自愿、合法的原则。
All districts and counties People’s government, municipal government of all committees, offices, bureaus and municipal agencies: “century Olympics, Chinese dreams.” In order to meet the wishes of the vast majority of compatriots in Hong Kong and Maucao, Taiwan compatriots and overseas Chinese in contributing to Beijing’s best Olympic Games in history, the municipal government designated the National Swimming Center to donate money to compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao, compatriots in Taiwan, and overseas Chinese. In order to facilitate donation activities and regulate the acceptance of donations, the following opinions are put forward based on the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Donations for Public Welfare and the relevant provisions: I. Donor donations should follow voluntary and lawful principles.
