我院自1976年以来,对49例肛门直肠周围脓肿采用切开引流同时一次挂线治疗,避免了后期肛瘘形成,收到了满意效果,现报告如下。一般资料本组49例,男46例,女3例,年龄21～65岁。肛提肌以下脓肿37例,骨盆直肠间隙脓肿12例,疗程8～56天,平均疗程在20天左右。其中1例因入院时全身感染较重,并发败血症,在术后24小肘死于感染性休克。1例因脓腔分离不彻底,二次切开引流。其余均一次手术成功治愈。
