动用全外实验,对NADPH/FeSO4诱发的微粒体脂质过氧化(LP)发生条件及反应历程进行了探讨。结果表明:在327℃水浴,微粒体蛋白浓度为1.0mg/ml,pH值7.4的0.1mol/LTris-HCL缓冲液的条件下,150μmol/LNADPH和4.45μmol/l/LFeSO4可使微粒全中丙二醛(MDA)含量于反应15分钟内迅速上升,30分钟时达到高峰,以后趋于平稳。揭示一定比例的NADPH/FeSO4可有效地激发微粒体LP。本研究初步建立子酶促微粒体LP模型
In this experiment, the conditions and reaction course of microsomal lipid peroxidation (LP) induced by NADPH / FeSO4 were discussed.
