曹学新同志1982年7月毕业于西安建筑科技大学环境工程系环境保护专业,同年分配到南昌有色冶金设计研究院工作至今,一直从事固体废物、废水工程设计研究和建设项目环境评价工作。1999年晋升为教授级高级工程师,现任南昌有色冶金设计研究院环境工程所主任工程师,曾荣获全国勘察设计铜奖1项,
Comrade Cao Xuexin graduated from Environmental Protection Department of Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology in July 1982 and assigned to Nanchang Nonferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute in the same year. He has been engaged in the environmental assessment of solid waste and waste water project design, research and construction projects. In 1999, he was promoted to be a professor-level senior engineer. He is currently the engineer in charge of environmental engineering of Nanchang Non-ferrous Metallurgical Design and Research Institute and won one bronze medal of national survey and design.
