方法将蒸汽驱采油工艺配套技术用于克拉玛依油田六─九区浅层稠油油藏蒸汽驱生产过程中,并对各种工艺技术的应用进行评价。目的建立一套适合该区浅层稠油油藏蒸汽驱采油工艺的配套技术。结果蒸汽驱注汽井井下结构以热膨胀金属封隔器加隔热油管为最佳;综合应用生产井常规监测、汽驱观察井测温、测压及TPS-9000型高温测试车,能满足油田生产的动态监测;采用“T”型管网、球型分配器进行蒸汽量的分配及差压式流量计进行湿蒸汽的单参数计量,其计量误差可控制在一定范围内。结论该区采用的蒸汽驱采油工艺配套技术,能够满足生产需要。但注采井注采剖面的调控及细粉砂的防砂工艺技术有待于进一步研究。
Methods The technology of steam flooding was applied to the steam flooding production of shallow heavy oil reservoirs in Liu-9 area of Karamay Oilfield, and the application of various process technologies was evaluated. Objective To establish a set of suitable technologies for steam flooding production of shallow heavy oil reservoirs in this area. Results The steam injection steam well underground structure with thermal expansion metal packer plus heat insulation tubing is the best; comprehensive application of production well routine monitoring, steam flooding observation well temperature measurement, pressure measurement and TPS-9000 high temperature test vehicle, to meet the oil field Production of dynamic monitoring; the use of “T” -type pipe network, the ball distributor for the distribution of steam and differential pressure flow meter wet steam single parameter measurement, the measurement error can be controlled within a certain range. Conclusion The steam flooding recovery technology adopted in this area can meet the production needs. However, injection-production well injection profile control and fine silt sand control technology needs further study.
