随着体育教育改革的深入,大众体育的开展,终身体育思想的形成,越来越多的学生自觉地加入到体育锻炼中来。但由于缺乏体育锻炼相关知识,锻炼中产生了许多问题,其中由于练习产生的运动损伤就是一个重要部分,然而这些都是可以预防和及时补救的。我们只要平时对学生进行这些相关知识的灌输做好预防措施,就能使学生在课堂练习和自我锻炼中的损伤大大减少,降低我们的教学阻力,提高学生的积极性,为提高体育教学质量和学生身体素质铺平道路具有重要的意义。
