中国烹饪文化源远流长,中国饮食在世界享有盛誉。但是,中国烹饪也不是完美无缺,从目前中国烹饪现状来看,存在很多不科学、饮食营养化不够现象,大大降低饮食的营养价值,阻碍了全民健康膳食进程的发展。本文将针对目前中国烹饪科学营养化不够现象进行研究分析,提出提高烹饪科学营养化的几点策略。
Chinese culinary culture has a long history, Chinese food enjoys a good reputation in the world. However, Chinese cooking is not perfect. Judging from the current status of Chinese cooking, there are many unscientific and inadequate dietary nutrients that greatly reduce the nutritional value of the diet and impede the development of a healthy diet for all people. In this paper, we will study and analyze the current phenomenon of insufficient nutrition in Chinese cooking science and put forward some strategies to improve the nutrition of cooking science.
