目的:探讨一次递增负荷运动对有氧工作能力的评价:方法:采用运动现场利用跑台对1名23岁男性,1名23岁女性进行递增负荷的运动试验,采集指腹血,并进行个体乳酸阈(ILT)测定。结果:男性受试者的ILT为2.73 mmol/L女性为1.61 mmol/L。最大强度运动后血乳酸峰值男生为16.50 mmol/L,女生为10.00mmol/L,均较成年优秀运动员值相当,反映了人体代谢的特性,提示在实践中应根据其生理特点合理安排运动训练与教学,以便更好提高他们的有氧运动能力。结论:男性受试者和女性受试者在心率和血乳酸浓度上都有显著性差异,两项指标男性均显著高于女性(P<0.01),我们认为是性别因素和体成分差异引起。女性适当的体脂成分可能更利于乳酸的消除。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the ability of an incremental exercise to aerobic working ability.METHODS: A 23-year-old male and a 23-year-old female were used to carry out incremental exercise test using the treadmill at the sports field, Lactate threshold (ILT) measurement. Results: The male subjects had an ILT of 2.73 mmol / L and 1.61 mmol / L for women. The peak intensity of blood lactate after exercise was 16.50 mmol / L for boys and 10.00 mmol / L for girls, which were all comparable to adult elite athletes, reflecting the metabolic characteristics of human beings. It suggests that in practice, exercise training should be properly arranged according to their physiological characteristics Teaching, in order to better enhance their aerobic capacity. CONCLUSIONS: Both male subjects and female subjects have significant differences in heart rate and blood lactate concentrations, with both indicators significantly higher in women than in women (P <0.01), which we consider to be due to differences in sex and body composition. Proper body fat composition of women may be more conducive to the elimination of lactic acid.
