系统采用SQL Server数据库技术,在收集、归纳、整理大量不锈钢钎焊资料的基础上,分析不锈钢钎焊知识的特点,构造合理的数据字典,并确立相互之间的关系,由此完成系统数据库的设计;另一方面,运用CLIPS开发工具将专家系统引入智能数据库中,探索自动知识获取机制与建立的数据库结合,由数据库管理系统既管理数据库又管理知识库,使数据库结构更加紧凑、功能更加全面;最后,根据建立的数据库系统和专家系统,遵循系统设计总则,用C++计算机语言,在Visual C++.NET编译环境中进行Windows编程,经过程序调试、系统测试和完善,最终实现系统各个模块的功能要求。
The system uses SQL Server database technology, based on the collection, induction, finishing a large number of stainless steel brazing data, analyzes the characteristics of stainless steel brazing knowledge, construct a reasonable data dictionary, and establish the relationship between each other, thus completing the system database Design; on the other hand, using CLIPS development tools to introduce expert system into intelligent database, exploring automatic knowledge acquisition mechanism and database combination, database management system not only manages database but also manages knowledge base to make database structure more compact and function more comprehensive ; Finally, according to the established database system and expert system, follow the general rules of system design, use C ++ computer language to program Windows in Visual C ++.
