栗蘑又名贝叶多孔菌、栗子蘑,因其自然发生于栗树根部而得名,是一种珍贵的食、药兼用蕈菌,具有极高的营养和药用价值。野生栗蘑产量很低,远远满足不了人们的需求。2014年山东省青岛市黄岛区蔬菜技术指导站从中国农业大学引进栗蘑新品种,模仿其野生生长环境,在5年以上的板栗林下进行仿野生栽培试验获得成功,生物转化率达到90%以上,其营养和药用成分相当于野生栗蘑。经过两年的示范推广,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。目前栗蘑
