火车车轮外形的制造精度和磨损程度对列车运行性能起着至关重要的作用 ,因此测量车轮外形的仪器对于监控制造和运行过程是非常必要的。介绍了火车车轮外形测量仪器的基本构成原理 ,分析了其误差特性 ,用遗传算法进行该仪器机械部分的优化设计。
The precision and wear of the train wheel profile are crucial to the performance of the train, so measuring the appearance of the wheel is necessary to monitor the manufacturing and operating processes. The basic principle of train wheel profile measuring instrument is introduced. Its error characteristic is analyzed. Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the mechanical part of the instrument.
