导叶叶片与蜗壳隔舌的相对安放位置对离心泵水力性能影响较大,该问题在设计和安装过程中容易被忽略.通过采用雷诺时均法针对导叶与隔舌相对位置对离心泵水力性能的影响展开数值研究并经过试验验证,模拟结果与试验结果契合度较高.对离心泵内部流场的数值分析表明:设计流量下不同导叶与隔舌相对安放位置下效率最大差值为2.2%,且效率差值随流量增大逐渐变大,最大效率偏差为4.5%,设计流量下扬程最大差值为5 m.导叶与隔舌相对安放角ψ=25°和ψ=41°时,离心泵水力性能较好;导叶与隔舌相对位置对离心泵水力性能影响主要在于其对蜗壳内部流动损失的影响,对叶轮做功及导叶内部流动损失影响较小,导致离心泵整体的运行效率、扬程等产生较大变化.研究对带导叶的离心泵安装具有一定借鉴意义.“,”The diffuser installation location between the diffuser vane and volute tongue has a great effect on performance of the single-stage centrifugal pump,which however,is often ignored by designers.In this paper,the influence of diffuser installation locations on hydraulic performance of a centrifugal pump is investigated.The steady-state hydrodynamic performance of the centrifugal pump with vaned diffuser is experimentally measured.Numerical simulations based on the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) and turbulence models are used to obtain hydrodynamic performance of the centrifugal pump applied to the experiments reported here.The numerical results of the hydrodynamic performance are in agreement with the experimental data.The accuracy of the utilized numerical approach is demonstrated.The unsteady flow characteristics of the centrifugal pump are numerically studied.The diffuser installation locations has great influence on the hydraulic performance.Through the numerical simulation of internal flow field in a centrifugal pump,diffuser installation locations of centrifugal pump hydraulic performance mainly lies in that under the different timing location,the change of volute flow loss is bigger.The maximum efficiency difference value under different timing location is 4.5%,the maximum head difference value is 5 m.Impact of diffuser installation locations on impeller work done and the flow loss of guide blade is small.When ψ=25° or ψ=41° the pump characterizes is better.
