中小企业在我国的经济发展中正发挥着非常大的作用,其丰富了我国的市场经济体系同时也为国家解决了大量的就业难题。但中小企业在管理中还存在着很多问题,这些问题严重地阻碍了其进一步的发展壮大,研究这些存在的问题和解决对策具有很强的现实意义。所以本文指出了我国中小企业管理中存在的问题,并根据这些存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策,希望可以起到一定的借鉴作用。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are playing a very large role in the economic development of our country. They have enriched China’s market economy system and solved a large number of employment problems for the country at the same time. However, there are still many problems in the management of SMEs. These problems have seriously hindered their further growth. It is of great practical significance to study these existing problems and countermeasures. Therefore, this paper points out the problems existing in the management of SMEs in our country, and puts forward corresponding solutions according to these existing problems. Hopefully, it can play a certain reference role.
