本文描述了校准10V电子式电压标准的方法及装置,研制了测量装置专用的高稳定度电源,对数字电压表测量点0.18V提出新的检定方法,对装置的测量误差进行了分析。该测量装置总不确定度<0.2×10~(-6),可检定各种精密电子式10V电压标准。
This paper describes a method and device for calibrating a 10V electronic voltage standard. A high-stability power supply dedicated to the measuring device is developed. A new verification method is proposed for the digital voltmeter measuring point of 0.18V, and the measurement error of the device is analyzed. The total uncertainty of the measuring device <0.2 × 10 -6, can test a variety of precision electronic 10V voltage standards.
