目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征者外周血单核细胞分泌白细胞介素-18、10(IL-18、IL-10)的影响。方法纳入2013年1月至2014年11月确诊为急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的患者及稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者各30例,并对ACS组予瑞舒伐他汀体外干预,外周血单个核细胞体外分离培养,分别测定各组IL-18、IL-10水平。结果 ACS组患者的IL-18表达水平高于SAP组,ACS组IL-10表达水平低于SAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),ACS组给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗后,IL-18降低而IL-10升高。结论炎症是冠心病的发病机制之一,IL-18、IL-10是反映冠脉粥样病变斑块稳定性和炎症的重要指标,瑞舒伐他汀具有降脂作用外的抗炎作用而稳定斑块。
Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on the secretion of interleukin-18,10 (IL-18, IL-10) by peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods Thirty patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) from January 2013 to November 2014 were enrolled. Thirty patients with ACS were treated with rosuvastatin in vitro, The nuclear cells were isolated and cultured in vitro, and the levels of IL-18 and IL-10 in each group were determined. Results The expression of IL-18 in ACS group was higher than that in SAP group, while the level of IL-10 in ACS group was lower than that in SAP group (P <0.05). After ACS group was treated with rosuvastatin, IL- 18 decreases and IL-10 increases. Conclusions Inflammation is one of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. IL-18 and IL-10 are important indexes to reflect the stability and inflammation of plaque in coronary atherosclerosis. Rosuvastatin has the anti-inflammatory effect of stabilizing Plaque.
