接触点焊用的焊极材料,种类很多,常用的有M_1紫铜、爱凡合金、高镍-铬量(超过20%以上)不锈钢、钨块、钼块等。前二种寿命不长,后三种来源不易;并且钨块及钼块由於导电率较小,用作焊极,易生龟裂,寿命也就不长。为此,我厂中央试验室以粉末冶金方法制造80%钨、20%铜的假合金,用作焊极。经过几次的压制和改进,它的寿命估计能达8000~12000个焊点,比爱凡合金大14倍。兹将制造方法简述如下:一、原材料的准备铜粉可用电解法制成;或用锌板在硫酸铜溶液中取代而得,经多次冲洗后,烘干得淡玫瑰色粉末,它的粒度大小可借调整硫酸铜溶液的浓度而得。制造铜-钨合金的铜粉,希望在150目以上。铜粉极易氧化,烘干时如温度稍高,色泽立即变暗。
