这是OSG公司开发的加工不锈钢专用钻头,已系列化。型号有EX-GDS、EX-GDN、EX-GDR等。这种钻头的特点是:①螺旋角为36°～40°,切削刃十分锋利。②钻沟设计合理,可强制切屑卷曲和折断,排屑流畅;切削液易于达到切削部位,散热效果良好,可连续加工深度为3D的不锈钢孔。③刀具材料是该公司自行研制的高钒高速钢,韧性优异,不易崩刃。④钻头经过TiN涂层处理,耐热性、耐密性大幅度提高,可进行长时间的高速钻削加工。
