本文观察了中药复方肾盂肾炎康对大鼠逆行性大肠杆菌肾盂肾炎模型的治疗效果,并与复方新诺明、呋喃呾啶的治疗效果进行比较。结果显示肾盂肾炎康组肾脏病变程度明显低于复方新诺明组和呋喃呾啶组(P<0.01),尿细菌培养结果肾盂肾炎康组阳性动物数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果证明,肾盂肾炎康对实验性大肠杆菌肾盂肾炎有较好的治疗作用
This article has observed the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal compound Shenbi Shenyankang on retrograde E. coli pyelonephritis model in rats, and compared the therapeutic effects of compound sulfamethoxazole and furocaine. The results showed that the renal lesions in the kidney diarrhea and nephritis group were significantly lower than those in the compound sulfamethoxazole group and furanidine group (P<0.01). The results of urinary bacterial culture showed that the number of positive animals in the kidney pyelonephritis group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The results of the study prove that Shenqi Nephritis has a good therapeutic effect on experimental E.coli pyelonephritis
