本文在传统激励理论划分的基础上,从不同的角度将激励理论划分为基于心理学路线、管理学路线、经济学路线三种类型。通过理论指导,研究电网公司激励约束体系,把激励员工作为企业获得高增长的推动力,以精神与物质激励相结合,正向与负向激励相结合,建立健全员工培养、选拔、使用、待遇、发展一体化的激励约束体系,促使员工与企业共同发展,促进企业目标的实现。
Based on the division of traditional motivation theory, this paper divides motivation theory into three types based on psychology, management and economics according to different perspectives. Through theoretical guidance, the incentive and restraint system for power grid companies is researched.
