患者女性,28岁。无诱因突发右下腹痛2天,持续性、坠胀样剧烈伴轻度恶心;无呕吐、腹泻、肛门坠胀、心悸、乏力等症状,亦无阴道出血。既往月经规律,周期28~30天,经期4~6天,孕2产1。65天前曾有阴道不规则出血,尿妊娠试验(+)。入院妇科检查:外阴已婚已产式;阴道通畅,黏膜光滑;分泌物量少,质地稀薄、色白无异味;宫颈光滑,宫体后位、正常大小,活动度好,无压痛。左侧附件区增厚,压痛
