[目的]评价新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院专业技术人员科技工作绩效。[方法]以CNKI中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库及Pubmed数据库为依据,运用文献计量法对2005~2012年发表的论文进行分析。[结果]2005~2012年发表论文共1762篇,年平均发表论文220篇,年平均增长速度1.14%,年平均发表220篇,发文量呈逐年递增趋势。1762篇论文刊载在265种期刊上。发表论文合作度3.69人、合著率95.90%。核心期刊和高影响力期刊发表论文相对较少。[结论]新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院在肿瘤学科建设上具有较强的实力,应更加优化各种激厉政策和措施,实施科研论文的定量管理,促进专业技术人员的科技论文产出率。
[Objective] To evaluate the scientific and technological performance of professional technicians in Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. [Methods] Based on CNKI Chinese periodical full-text database, Wanfang database and Pubmed database, the papers published in 2005 ~ 2012 were analyzed by using bibliometrics. [Results] A total of 1762 papers were published in 2005 ~ 2012, with an average of 220 papers published each year, with an average annual growth rate of 1.14%. The average annual published 220 papers, the volume of paper is increasing year by year. 1762 papers are published in 265 journals. Degree of cooperation published 3.69 papers, the co-rate of 95.90%. The core journals and high impact journals published relatively few papers. [Conclusion] The Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University has strong strength in the construction of oncology disciplines. Various vigorous policies and measures should be further optimized, and the quantitative management of scientific research papers should be implemented to promote the output rate of scientific and technological papers of professional technicians.
