笔者经过多次试验,采用电热干燥箱煅制克蛇龟新工艺,此法工艺简单,时间和温度较易控制,保证了质量。方法:将克蛇龟洗净,将活体用瓦片上下铁丝固定,放入电热干燥箱内,渐升温至180℃,恒温2小时;再调温至120℃,恒温24小时。取出稍冷后,将骨、肉分开。将全骨入干燥箱内继续升温至250℃,恒温3～5分钟,通过玻璃窗观察,见其边缘棕黄色,表
After many experiments, the author adopted an electric drying oven to forge a new process for producing snake turtles. This process is simple, the time and temperature are easy to control, and the quality is guaranteed. Method: Wash the snake turtle turtle, the living body is fixed with the upper and lower wires of the tile, put it into an electric drying oven, gradually increase the temperature to 180°C, and keep the temperature for 2 hours; then adjust the temperature to 120°C and keep the temperature for 24 hours. After removing it slightly, separate bone and meat. Put the whole bone into the drying oven and keep warming up to 250°C. Hold it at a constant temperature for 3 to 5 minutes.
