道德建设是我国社会主义核心价值体系建设的重要组成部分,由于各种原因,“道德危机”已成为我们不得不面对的现实问题。由于相关领域道德立法的缺失,道德立法执法不严等原因,道德在调整人们行为时具有一定的局限性。如何有效构建理想的社会主义道德,利用法律促进道德建设是值得重视的有效途径,在立法、执法、司法三方面可以为道德建设提供强有力的支撑。
Moral construction is an important part of the construction of the socialist core value system in our country. Due to various reasons, the “moral crisis” has become a real problem that we have to face. Due to the lack of moral legislation in related fields and lax enforcement of moral legislation, morality has some limitations in adjusting people’s behavior. How to effectively construct the ideal socialist morality and use the law to promote moral construction are effective ways that we should pay attention to. We can provide strong support for the moral construction from the aspects of legislation, law enforcement and judicature.
