我公司为2条2500t/d回转窑配套建设了一套装机容量为2×4500kW的纯低温余热发电站。发电站采用了性价比较高的WebField GCS-2的国产DCS控制系统,该系统是浙大中控WebField控制系统家族的重要成员,是一套面向中小型控制领域的多功能控制系统,不仅拥有常规DCS系统强大的模拟量处理和回路控制功能,还兼具快速逻辑控制功能,可灵活实现数据采集、过程控制、顺序控制等实时任务。本文对其技术特点及应用情况进行介绍。
My company for the 2 2500t / d rotary kiln supporting the construction of a installed capacity of 2 × 4500kW pure low temperature waste heat power station. The power station adopts the high cost-effective WebField GCS-2 domestic DCS control system, which is an important member of Zhejiang University Central Control WebField control system family. It is a multi-function control system for small and medium-sized control field. It not only has the conventional DCS System powerful analog processing and loop control functions, but also both rapid logic control, flexibility to achieve data acquisition, process control, sequence control and other real-time tasks. This article describes its technical features and applications.
