拟定了一个荧光猝灭法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。在盐酸介质中,亚硝酸根氧化 碘化钾的反应,其反应产物I3-使罗丹明B荧光猝灭。方法的检出限为3.6μg/L;测定范围为 10~120μg/L。方法简便快速、选择性好,用于自来水,矿泉水及合成样品中亚硝酸根的测定, 结果满意。
A new fluorescence quenching method for the determination of trace nitrite was developed. In hydrochloric acid medium, nitrite oxidizes the reaction of potassium iodide, and its reaction product I3-quenches the fluorescence of rhodamine B. The detection limit of the method was 3.6μg / L; the determination range was 10 ~ 120μg / L. The method is simple, rapid and selective. It is suitable for the determination of nitrite in tap water, mineral water and synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
