Objective: To explore the effective components of radiation damage protection in Astragalus membranaceus. Methods: Astragalus membranaceus aqueous extracts were incubated at 80°C for 50 minutes, and the precipitated flavone glycosides (FS BG) were filtered off. The aqueous solution was precipitated with a classical separation method (I) and its structure type was chemically analyzed; Co 7 . 7 Gy ~8. 7 Gy of whole body irradiated pure NIH female mice was injected intraperitoneally (I) 1g/kg or 2g/kg every 35 to 45 min before irradiation to observe the efficacy of survival protection, 30-day survival rate and irradiation 4.0 Gy ( W B C, P L T, R B C, and H G B on day 4 and day 12 after 2 g/kg). RESULTS: (1) Both F S B G and (I) were positive for ferric chloride, Molisch, and Fehling reagents. The former was positive for concentrated sulfuric acid, alkaline test solution, magnesium chloride powder, and (I) was negative; 2) The doses of 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg per mouse significantly improved the efficacy of survival protection (the ratio of the 30-day survival time of the treatment group to the 30-day survival time of the control group) and the 30-day survival rate ( The treatment group was from 8.33 to 41.46%, and the control group was from 0 to 2.5%, and the 2 g/kg was significantly increased by 4.0 Gy. WBC and PL on the 4th and 12th days after irradiation. T, R B C, and H G B. Conclusions: (1) Differences in the color reaction of concentrated sulfuric acid, etc. indicate that the chemical structures of (I) and F S B G are different; for Fe
