本文通过理论分析,提出在实际应用波谱图时,需对已确定的波谱函数峰值的位置进行修正,才能精确求出疵点处对应的实际波长。
In this paper, theoretical analysis shows that when the spectrum is actually used, the position of the peak of the spectral function needs to be corrected so that the actual wavelength corresponding to the defect can be precisely obtained.
