本文以三通管挤胀成形模具为例,采用双三次均匀B样条曲面对该模具的型腔表面进行了几何描述。结果表明,这种方法可以为三通管挤胀成形过程的数值模拟中的动态边界条件处理提供灵活、方便的几何信息,为在数值模拟中实现动态边界条件处理打下良好的基础。
In this paper, an example of a three-way pipe extrusion forming die is described. The surface of the die cavity is geometrically described by a bicubic uniform B-spline curve. The results show that this method can provide flexible and convenient geometric information for the dynamic boundary conditions in the numerical simulation of the three-tube extrusion forming process, and lay a good foundation for the dynamic boundary conditions in the numerical simulation.
