本文对渗碳钢的表层状态与多冲接触疲劳性能之间的关系进行了试验研究,指出:渗碳件的最佳多冲接触疲劳抗力所对应的渗层深度,淬火加热温度,加热时间和回火后表面硬度等是随着材料成分,另件尺寸和冲击能量大小而改变的;渗层的碳浓度应从马氏体的含碳量,碳化物大小,数量,渗碳层淬透性及淬硬性诸方面综合考虑来确定。文中还指出:带有冲击性质的接触应力作用下的渗碳件,应该采用多冲接触疲劳试验方法来评定材料和热处理工艺。表面滚压强化是进一步提高渗碳件多冲接触疲劳寿命的有效途径。
In this paper, the relationship between the surface condition of carburized steel and the multi-impact contact fatigue properties was studied.
