采用文献资料等方法,分析大学生体育健康教育的重要意义和国外健康教育课程对我们的启示,提出进行体育健康教育的几条途径。

Using literature and other methods, this paper analyzes the significance of college students’ physical health education and the enlightenment from the foreign health education curriculum, and puts forward several ways to carry out physical health education.
