目前,随着现代企业制度的逐步建立,共青团要在具体工作中不断实践江泽民总书记提出的“三个代表”的重要思想。但要做到这一点,我们的各级团组织和广大团干部,必须把思维方式的变革作为今后一个时期的迫切任务,逐步树立以下几种思维战略,并在工作中坚持求真务实,真抓实干,努力把共青团工作推向一个新的阶段。一是自我完善与借船下海相结合战略:所说的自我完善,对共青团组织来说就是不断加强团的自身建设,对广大团员青年来说就是不断提高自身素质;所说的“借船下海”,对各级团组织来说就是要借“党建带团建”这条大船,在不断加强团的自身建设的同时,深入开展共青团工作,对广大团员青年采说就是要借共青团为他们提供
