由于水泥混凝土刚度较大,属脆性材料,在压力、弯拉、冲击等力作用下很容易过早地出现断裂,剥落以及错台等病害,影响混凝土的使用耐久性。为解决这一问题,提高混凝土的韧性,常常在普通混凝土中掺加钢纤维或玻璃纤维。文章通过强度和疲劳试验,对普通混凝土与聚丙烯纤维混凝土进行了对比,预测其疲劳寿命,进行了安全评估,并对聚丙烯纤维的作用机理进行了分析,指出了聚丙烯纤维广阔的应用前景。
Due to the high rigidity of cement concrete, which is a brittle material, cracks, spalling and dislocation easily occur prematurely under the action of pressure, bending and impact, which will affect the durability of concrete. In order to solve this problem and improve the toughness of concrete, steel fiber or glass fiber is usually blended into common concrete. In this paper, the strength and fatigue tests were carried out to compare the ordinary concrete with polypropylene fiber concrete to predict the fatigue life of the concrete.
