1、病例介绍 患者,男,59岁,右4—5肋间区烧灼疼样痛2天,经外科门诊初诊为肋间神经痛。给予音频电治疗,6cm×8cm铝板2个电极沿肋间疼痛区并置,耐受量15分钟,每日1次,治疗2日均无不良反应。第3日右侧第4—5肋间区皮肤发红,前日电极放置部位皮肤出现数个粟粒大小红色丘疹,局部疼痛加重。患者误认为理疗所致自行终止治疗,次日右侧第4—5肋间区出现数群簇集丘疹及水疱呈带状分布。经皮肤科检查确诊为带状疱疹,经紫外线、超短波10次治疗,水疱干涸结痂疼痛消失。

Dermatology examination confirmed herpes zoster, the UV, ultrashort wave 10 times the treatment, blisters dry scab pain disappears.
