备课教书心血流,几番培训哪得休-三尺讲台育桃李,一腔热血谱春秋。要想成为一名优秀的培训师,除了拥有现代的培训理念、丰富的培训理论、专业的培训技巧外,还要具备高尚的人格,感人的风范,一言以蔽之,也就是“专业形象”。为企业培训人才是培训师的职责,让学员在培训过程中得到知识的增值是培训师的能力体现,良好的“专业形象”是培训师的职业理念。
