随着1983年全国第一所老年人大学在山东省创办后,各地老年人大学应运而生,经过长期的探索,水平也不断地提高,取得了骄人的业绩。但现在我国进入老龄化时代,一些地方老年教育还面临着一系列问题,尤其是老年人大学的办学经费严重不足,导致基础设施不够配套,教学手段落后,远远不能满足广大老年人求学的强烈愿望,成为各级党委、政府及其有关部门有待解决的重要问题。本文主要介绍在当前形势下如何办好老年大学的一些建议。
With the establishment of the first elder university in Shandong Province in 1983, the elder universities at various places came into being. Through long-term exploration, the level has been continuously improved and remarkable achievements have been made. However, nowadays, as China enters the age-old era, some local elders also face a series of problems. In particular, there is a serious shortage of funds for running elders. As a result, inadequate infrastructure and backward teaching methods are far from meeting the needs of the elderly Aspirations have become important issues to be resolved by party committees and governments at all levels and their relevant departments. This article mainly introduces some suggestions on how to run a good university in the current situation.
