本文以日本的低碳经济的实践及其对我国的启示为研究对象,首先介绍了日本低碳经济的实践之路,分为萌芽阶段,立法阶段,快速发展阶段;其次分析了日本低碳经济发展的各方面举措,包括政策举措,基础建设举措,科学技术举措;再次指出了低碳经济促进日本经济增长路径;文章的最后进行了一定的外延,分析日本的低碳经济实践对我国发展低碳经济的启示,包括加速推进低碳经济法律法规建设,加快低碳技术的创新和实际运用,形成业界刚性标准以提升部分产业的国际竞争力。希望本文能够对日本低碳经济模式进行一定的分析,并对我国的低碳经济实践提供一定的参考意见。
Based on the practice of Japan’s low-carbon economy and its enlightenment to our country, this paper first introduces the practical way of Japan’s low-carbon economy, which is divided into the budding stage, the legislative stage and the rapid development stage. Secondly, it analyzes Japan’s low-carbon economy The measures of various aspects of development, including policy initiatives, infrastructure initiatives and science and technology initiatives, pointed out once again that the low-carbon economy promoted the path of Japan’s economic growth. At the end of the article, we made some extensions to analyze the low-carbon economy in Japan and the low development of China’s economy The enlightenment of carbon economy includes speeding up the construction of laws and regulations on low-carbon economy, speeding up the innovation and practical application of low-carbon technologies and forming rigid standards in the industry so as to enhance the international competitiveness of some industries. I hope this paper can make a certain analysis of Japan’s low-carbon economy model and provide some suggestions for China’s low-carbon economy practice.
