陪拉格(pellagra),又名糙皮病,是一种维生素缺乏病。主要由于菸酸缺乏所致。患者男性,41岁,农民。三月前无明显诱因于颈项四肢暴露部位出现红斑,脱屑,皮肤粗糙,微痒,抓之脱皮,日晒后增剧。到某医院诊为“日光性皮炎”,肤轻松等治疗无效。二十天前出现头晕,失眠,呆滞,语无伦次,兴奋狂燥等,再次到某医院诊为“精神病”。次日到本院就诊。既往史、个人史,家族史无特殊。体检:发育可,营养差,表情淡漠,神志呆
