随着全球经济的快速发展和科学技术的日益更新,工业生产的设备和装置日益复杂化和信息化,涉及的知识面也越来越广泛。面对各种各样日益复杂的机器,需要大量的高技能一线人才,各国政府都大力提倡和重视职业教育。本文主要讲述高职教育的定位和特点,针对面向社会需求如何培养高职学生的综合职业能力的问题,提出了培养学生职业能力的方法。
With the rapid development of the global economy and the ever-increasing rejuvenation of science and technology, the equipment and devices for industrial production are increasingly complicated and informatized, and the knowledge involved is also becoming more and more widespread. Faced with a variety of increasingly complex machines, a large number of highly skilled front-line personnel are required. Governments of all countries vigorously advocate and value vocational education. This paper mainly focuses on the orientation and characteristics of higher vocational education, and proposes a method to cultivate students’ vocational ability in view of how to cultivate the vocational ability of vocational students facing the needs of society.
