目的:探讨中西医结合规范化治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效、安全性以及耐受性。方法:选取中牟县人民医院2015年1月至2016年5月住院部收治的88例缺血性脑卒中患者,将其按照简单随机的方式分为两组,每组44例。其中观察组患者给予中西医结合规范化治疗,对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,对比两组脑卒中患者临床的总有效率和用药不良反应。结果:观察组的临床总有效率95.45%和不良反应发生率2.27%均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合规范化治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效明显,可有效降低患者不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy, safety and tolerability of standardized treatment of ischemic stroke with integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with ischemic stroke who were admitted to Inpatient Department of Zhongmu County People’s Hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups (44 in each group). Patients in the observation group were given standardized treatment of Integrative Chinese and Western medicine, and patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine. The total effective rate and adverse drug reactions in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of clinical observation group was 95.45% and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.27%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of ischemic stroke with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective and can effectively reduce adverse reactions in patients.
